We all know that cosmetic surgery can do wonders to change your looks. But Achieving an overall sense of well-being also requires positive changes in your lifestyle, such as not smoking, modifying alcohol consumption, increasing sleep, reducing stress and sun protection of your skin.
Dr. Bembde has a kin interest in Non-Surgical Cosmetic Procedures for improving the aesthetic look of patients.
Longevity has changed many of his patients’ lifestyles. Dr.Bembde firmly believes in the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise, and in the value of vitamin, nutrient and hormone supplementation and anti-aging skin rejuvenation treatments.
Non Surgical Face lifts:
A facelift, also known as a rhytidectomy (reduction of wrinkles), is used to give a more youthful appearance.
Thread lift – in this procedure absorbable or non absorbable special threads are used with special needles for improving the facing wrinkles and aging skin.this is relatively less invasive procedure.
Neck Lifts
Neck can age before your face. A neck lift is a procedure used to enhance the appearance of your neck. In some cases, Botox injections may be the answer for problems such as fullness or “bands.”
Dermal Fillers
Hyaluronic gels, a naturally occurring sugar molecule normally found in the skin, like Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm, can be used to replace the volume lost from the area around the eyes as well as other regions of the face. These fillers are ideal for addressing wrinkles due to volume loss and typically will last between 6-12 months.
Botox – Neuromodulation
These injectable neuromodulators (Botox) act to temporarily weaken overactive muscles around the eyes. They can also be used to improve wrinkles in dynamic areas such as near the eyelids (“crows-feet”) or on the forehead.
Microdermabrasion-Skin Polishing
Microdermabrasion is a of cosmetic procedures in which the stratum corneum (dead outermost surface of the skin) is partially or completely removed by light abrasion, to remove sun-damaged skin and to remove or lessen scars and dark spots on the skin.
The procedure is not very painful and requires no anesthetic. Microdermabrasion can also be used for treatment of fine acne scars, but must be repeated periodically to be effective.
We have installed the very first USA FDA approved machine in this region, imported from Reviderm Germany.
Dermaroller (Skin Micro-Needling):
Aging, sunlight, pregnancy, work, adolescence, alcohol, smoking, etc contribute to the ongoing degeneration of skin.
Dermaroller therapy has proved to be very successful at rejuvenating the skin.It can help improve fine acne scars, fine wrinkles, and give your skin a younger and more clear appearance.
Dermaroller is a procedure that uses a refined micro-needling technique to stimulate the skin to regenerate and repair itself. The process causes the skin surface to tighten and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin to create smoother, more even-toned, younger looking skin.
This treatment is also very effective in reversing the effects of sun damage, tightening open or enlarged pores .
Dermaroller is a very safe procedure that gives long lasting enhancement to your skin’s texture. It is a minimally invasive treatment and carry minimal ‘down time’.
The Procedure:
For patient’s comfort, a topical anaesthetic cream is applied approximately 45 minutes prior to your treatment .Then cosmetic surgeon will use a roller with steel blunt needles to penetrate the upper layers of your skin. The needles penetrate rapidly, safely injuring the deeper layers of the skin and causing microscopic deposition of collagen at each needle penetration.
Dermaroller procedure will take approximately 30 minutes to treat the face with additional time for other areas such as the neck and backs of hands.
Recovery:
Immediately after treatment the skin will be pink but this will resolve overnight and is easily masked with makeup.
Most people find there is little to no pain usually associated with dermarolling therapy and are back to their normal activities the following day. Following the therapy do the Cleansing of skin a couple times each day and rinse away any crusting or scabs. Use warm water and wash gently.
Following each cleansing, a moisturizing cream should be applied.
Avoid sun exposure and use a sunscreen lotion to protect the skin from the UV rays.
